PREMIUMFRUITwas founded by Dr. Lorenzo Costantini, an agronomist expert in Mediterranean and sub-tropical agricultural products.
The company deals with the marketing, production and transformation of agri-food products, in particular of specialties considered "niche" that are not very present in the Italian market, with the good intention of spreading them widely.
Premium Fruit was born from the will of the owner and his father Dr. Giuliano Costantini, chemist-biologist, to treat quality products for organoleptic and health characteristics, intercepting the requests of modern consumers.
THE CONSUMER FOR US
We are consumers first than producers, and as consumers we want to be able to choose to enjoy good and healthy products.
To be good, a product must be obtained with the best ingredients and with the most appropriate technologies. To be healthy, it must make compounds with beneficial effects for the body and must have natural ingredients without artificial additives. In fact, many artificial additives are potentially dangerous for health, and are questionable even from a qualitative point of view, as legitimate sophistication to compensate for defects due to negligence in the production process or poor quality of the starting product.
This is why the ingredients of our products certainly meet the needs of the attentive consumer, and on the label the ingredients are declared in the foreground and in visible characters. The ingredients are certainly not hidden, because INGREDIENTS AND QUALITY are our strengths, and the consumer can TRUST us.
Our philosophy is to offer Premium fruit juices, in our opinion highly innovative for the following characteristics:
QUALITY and NATURALITY: 100% non-concentrated juices, natural and without additives
TYPE and TASTE: using innovative types of fruit, practically new to the Italian market, with a typical flavor of the original fruit and very pleasant thanks to the use of non-concentrated juices; the respective fresh exotic fruits of which we offer the juice, have been experiencing a growing presence among fruit and vegetables for years, but are nevertheless disadvantaged by the seasonality and difficulty of consumption (due to their morphological characteristics, an example above all: the pomegranate!)
HEALTH EFFECTS: also significant, widely and increasingly popular and responding to the growing attention of consumers. Especially the pomegranate has been very successful in the USA for more than a decade for these reasons.
